Roaches, mice, hot water issues, heat issues, ceilings molded and caving in, discriminate use of your space, pool doesn't open till the last month of summer, pool indoor not heated well, courtyard patios cant have chairs or basically be utilized at all while outer porches have no restrictions, no rate reduction when there was no heat and no hot water on and off for 2 months. Don't bother writing the company running things, they don't respond. They steal vehicles with the aid of southwest towing, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

|Recommended: NoNo car with a permit unless disabled should be stolen out the lot. We already pay more than these apartments are worth, missing tabs by less than a week should be a warning by management at best, to allow the Tennant to correct the oversite. It's theft plain and simple.

|Recommended: YesMe — Hardest part is the tenants that do not care about building laundry room sauna area.
I feel the pest control fee should go up. due to how tenants leave garbage all over and there is clearly trash cans. The parking is horrendous and unsafe for car tires and nothing done on person who hit my car. From them sitting and drinking in lot. I believe Cierra does wonderful it’s the tenants that don’t care.
