|Recommended: NoThe place is trash. I haven’t even moved in and I already want to break my lease. They showed me a renovated apartment and refused to let me see the actual apartment that I was moving in to before I got my keys. The place wasn’t even cleaned. Hair all over the counters, stove and stove hood, along with clumps of hair pet hair all over the kitchen floor. Two doorknobs that don’t even work and one of them hanging by one screw. Another doorknob on one side of the door with the pointy end of the screw pointing out the other side of the door. Busted up trim, no fridge drawers, no caps on the end of the floor heaters. Biggest mistake of my life to sign a lease here from the bait and switchers. .. … Oh, and can’t possibly forget the “sanitized” toilet that had piss and hair all over it Again, TRASH

|Recommended: NoDo Not Move Here — My packages get stolen, stuff got stolen out of my car. The water gets shut off on a regular basis. The first 3 months I lived here the elevator didn't work. The advertised indoor pool has been closed for at least 6 months. Heat wasn't working on off during the week of Christmas. This building is old and feels dangerous in places. The walls are paper thin. The halls smell like weed. The floors are uneven. The shower is small short . I'm 5'4 and have to duck to get under the shower head. If I could move out in the middle of my lease, I would

|Recommended: NoThe Front Door Intercom Needs To Be Fixed. — We would appreciate if the carpet in public area like stair and hall way can be washed clean for once or twice a year. It's getting nasty.
The intercom is been broken for over 6 months, still not fixed yet since we send out the request, many package are sent back because of that.
Lots of dog shit on lawn, maybe poop print is recommend

She is very understanding and has done more with the property than other managers that have been here. I was going to move out but thanks to her I will be extended my stay.
