|Recommended: NoThe hallways are never clean, people leave their trash and boxes at the chutes instead of throwing their things in the chute on ALL floors , The elevator is gross, the halls are gross, I'm not sure whose photos are on the main website page because I have NEVER seen an apartment as nice as these, the parking garage has old appliances all over, people leave their trash in the hall, it smells like dog crap throughout the property outside as well , the apartment doors could be more secure. Ha the amount of rent my friends pay here - they could have a decent home ANYWHERE in MN. It's sad. Then management is respond to the reviews positively and not changing ANYTHING....

|Recommended: NoDogs — Dead animals reported and dog feces can't walk outside of building. Parking double parking hard to find spot to park in front of building cars parking in fire lane. No follow through with written policies.

|Recommended: NoOverpriced Rotting Building — This is an old building that is falling apart run by a company that charges an arm and a leg because they can. Do not rent here.

|Recommended: NoVery Noisy, Can Hear All My Neighbors, Kids Run Up And Down The Hall , Leave Trash Everywhere . — years back I would give it a fair to good review but now its noisy , I can hear the guy above me walk around and know what room he is in when he walks , hear my neighbors below me play music all night . called the police but they said it needs to be extremely loud to do anything. management does nothing to control the noise. Laundry rooms have been a mess . instead of fixing the hottub they built a deck over it . no control on access for a security building . I still have old yellow counter tops from the 70s how can you keep raising the rent when new building are being built which are nicer and quieter. until things change I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. I dont want guests over because I dont them to see this apartment and experience the issues.

|Recommended: NoWould Not Recommend — I would not recommend at all. The apartment complex was nicely kept when I moved in 2 years ago. Now they are beginning to rent to anybody People don’t know how to properly dispose of their garbage in the garbage can outside The garbage be piled outside of the garbage. Neighbors leave their dog poop all over the grass Has mice problem really bad They think coming to put down sticky pads will solve the problem but it doesn’t Neighbors smoke cigarettes like a chimney Hallway always smell like cigarette smoke and it’s suppose to be a smoke free building I enjoyed living here my first year. Now it is time for me to go
